Hi, I'm Parth

I'm a multi-disciplinary Product Manager who cares about social change.

Like you, I want to live in a fairer, more equal world. This drive has led me to work at the intersection of design, technology and social impact.

Right now, I’m working with a team of engineers and designers to build a system for personalisation at scale at Finder. I’m also part of the Product team for Finder’s UK business. We're on a journey to become the preferred ecosystem for helping people make better, more informed decisions.

Before this, I worked at a startup that helped people in large organisations apply best practice design thinking and lean startup methods.

I believe that the future belongs to people and organisations with a positive purpose – to leave the world better than they found it. Right now, I put this belief in practice by working on social impact projects to help make zebras* mainstream. I currently serve on the board of Young Change Agents, helping young people see problems as opportunities through practical social entrepreneurship. I'm also a personal trainer and yoga instructor in my spare time.

* Zebra organisations both make money and improve society. They won’t sacrifice one for the other. They recognise that we live in a time of multi-dimensional challenges that narrow approaches cannot solve. Instead, they take a systems view and often cross sectoral, disciplinary and cultural boundaries in their solutions. Also known as social enterprises, for-purpose companies, social businesses, and so on.

If you see a way we can work together or think I can help, reach out.

Orchestrating products and experiences that solve big problems for real people brings me joy.

From looking after user loyalty at Australia’s largest comparison site to leading UX research at ethical fashion-tech startup Good On You (a zebra), I've worked with companies shaping the future my entire career.

A typical week for me involves:

  • a few hours of user research

  • dreaming up new solutions to real user problems with the crew

  • working through technical challenges with my (currently distributed) technical team

  • communicating post release metrics for recently shipped software

  • visioning what's next
